“Reclaim your voice today.”
Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW 107292) based in California, U.S.
Welcome! I applaud you for taking this courageous step to prioritize your mental health and seek the support that you deserve. You’re at the right place.
My work is grounded in the understanding that healing and growth are often complex and challenging journeys. Some days may feel overwhelming, and holding onto hope can be difficult. I want to assure you that you are not alone in this.
Together, we can explore your inner world and unlearn beliefs that no longer serve you. We can strengthen your ability to navigate a range of emotions, tap into your body’s innate wisdom, and develop healthier ways of moving through life’s darkest moments.
Healing isn’t a straight line—it’s a lifelong, intentional practice of choosing to show up for yourself, even when it’s hard. With unwavering support, you can move forward and build a meaningful life aligned with your values.
Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars.

Treatment Approaches
I prioritize an integrative and holistic approach, taking into account all aspects of your identity and background, such as your culture, socioeconomic status, spiritual beliefs, and gender, to develop an individualized treatment plan. I am trained and certified in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (foundational and adolescent), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Each session is a collaborative process that honors your decisions while pushing you to stretch your limits and grow beyond your comfort zone.
I also believe that the tool of “self” is one of the most powerful therapeutic interventions. My background and lived experiences with navigating systematic barriers and trauma healing inform my clinical lens to show up for you with radical genuineness, non-judgment, understanding, and compassion.
